When are you open?

We open our doors September 19th through October 14th! Just three and a half short weeks - so don’t delay - get your tickets!!

Where is Snap151 located?

That is a stellar question! We are popping up in Frisco! We are next to Tri Tip Grill and across from the Omni Hotel at The Star.
Our address is 6775 Cowboys Way, Suite 1310 Frisco Texas 75034.

 

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time. If you arrive 30 minutes after your purchased time slot, you will not receive access.

How long do I have in the space?

Our ticket windows are 1 hour. Your ticket allows you 50 minutes in the space, starting at your scheduled time.

Where should I park?

Parking is available near our space in the Silver garage, but you can use any of the four different parking garages at The Star District.

Can I take an Uber or Lyft?

Sure thing! Nothing beats curbside pick up and drop off.

Where can I buy tickets?

You can buy tickets on our website. We only accept tickets purchased directly on our website and not from any third party websites. We will check guest IDs to make sure that the person who has purchased the tickets is present. Tickets are non-refundable. All sales are final. We ARE offering ticket swap, subject to availability. If you purchase tickets and find out that you cannot attend your selected time slot, CONTACT US AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR TICKETED TIME SLOT and we can transfer your ticket to another available day.

What is ticket swap?

Due to the limited nature of this experience we have a maximum amount of guests we can allow into each time slot. As mentioned above, if you purchase tickets and find out that you cannot attend your selected time slot, CONTACT US AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR TICKETED TIME SLOT and we can transfer your ticket to another available day. PLEASE NOTE THAT if you contact us AFTER your ticket time slot has passed we WILL NOT be able to swap them and they WILL NOT be refunded. All ticket swaps are 100% subject to availability of tickets for the requested time slot. We will make every effort to accommodate your ticket swap but If we cannot move you to another more preferred time, please remember we will not offer refunds. Ticket swap is a courtesy and we in no way guarantee that your preference can be accommodated.

 

How much are tickets?

General Admission tickets are $20 and tickets for kids 3 and under are $12.

Are tickets available at the door?

Yes, you can arrive at Snap151 and then purchase tickets for the next available time slot on your mobile device. We do however recommend that you purchase tickets prior to your arrival on our website to ensure you get the time slot you want. Certain times of the day are busy and if you arrive without a ticket it may be an hour or two before we have a ticket window available for onsite purchase. The easiest way to have a smooth visit is to purchase ahead of time, online.

 

How many tickets can I purchase?

Short answer, as many as you would like for available time slots. Each guest can purchase up to 25 tickets per transaction.

  

Do you host private events?

Yes, we’d love to host your private event. Please contact us at hello@snap151.com with details.

Can I rent the space for a private photoshoot?

Yes, Snap151 is available for commercial photography sessions, please email hello@snap151.com for inquiries.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, you can present your ticket on your mobile phone. Each guest must have a valid ID to check in. We will not honor any tickets purchased from a third party reseller or through scalpers. There must be at least one person whose ID matches the name on the tickets.

 

Can I go through the exhibit as much as I want and at my own pace?

You will have full access during your 50 minute time slot to explore the space.

 

Are children allowed?

Snap151 is made with all audiences in mind. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. There are some installations with features that are more about looking or listening than touching, so we ask that adults supervise accordingly. Signage and our staff are there to guide you through the experience.

 

Can I bring food or drinks?

No, we do not allow any outside food or drinks in the experience.

Do you have bathrooms?

Yes, we have one unisex restroom open to customers.

 

Do you offer coat check or stroller check?

No, we do not offer storage for any of your personal belongings. Due to the size and uniqueness of the space we cannot allow any strollers inside. We cannot be held responsible for the safety or storage of any personal belongings.

 

Are there any discounts?

Not at this time. But stay tuned on Facebook and Instagram for the latest info on discounts.

 

Is photography allowed? 

UMMM – photography is basically required! You can bring your selfie stick, DSLR, handheld camera gear and/or tripod, as long as it is not disturbing other guests. Please contact us for commercial photography staging to discuss pricing and details.

 

Do you offer press passes?

You can request a press pass at hello@snap151.com. These will be awarded based on availability.

 

Is the space wheelchair accessible?

Heck yes! We are an inclusive space and as such have designed Snap151 to be wheelchair accessible. If you have any special needs please let us know when you check in.

 

Are pets allowed?

We love animals, but they are not allowed in Snap151. We will make an exception for legitimate service animals that are on a leash and controlled by their master as authorized by the applicable law.
